1st Choice Properties was developed from the need for a business that could work alongside Alliance Wealth Builders, Inc. (AWB). AWB is a full-service real estate investment firm that came to fruition led by two professionals in the field—Merv Plank and Jennifer Brown. There was an apparent need for a quality property management company that could meet Owners’ needs from the start; someone that would protect and make the most of their real estate investment. The real way to provide a return on their investment would not just be renovating the house, there also needed to be an option for superior property management. Owners needed someone committed to developing and protecting their wealth by maintaining relationships with both Owners and residents alike. 1st Choice Properties was built from the ground up on the idea that we had something to offer that no one else in the market did, and here we are today—managing over 585 properties and growing rapidly.

Because of how 1st Choice Properties was created, we are unique in that we understand all sides of the real estate industry. Our history gives us our drive to make sure that Owners are building and maintaining their wealth by providing excellent property management. We make sure of this by providing our clients with the best resources there are. We make sure to post new properties on Multiple Listing Services (MLS), Rently and various social media outlets to get them rented as quickly as possible from the start. Once the property is leased, we take care of contacting the resident, making sure they follow the guidelines laid out in their lease, and making sure the property is maintained properly and receiving the rent it’s due. All our reports on the property are available to view on our Owner Portal, which is a great resource for our Owners to answer almost any questions they may have.
